Most orders are shipped out within 3 business days. Orders containing products that are on pre-order will ship once all of the products have been released (products that are on pre-order will have the words "Pre-Order" in the title).
If you would like to cancel an order, please send us an email at the.tcg.plugg@gmail.com and one of our staff will help you. Please note that if your order has already been processed we may not be able to cancel it before it leaves the distribution centre. No additional fees will be charged for cancellations, including cancelled pre-orders.
Shipping within Canada typically takes 1-7 business days after being picked up from our distribution centre. Shipping to the United States may take longer (10-15 business days). Unfortunately, pick up is not available at this time.
If you have not received a shipping notification email and it has been more than 72 hours since you placed the order, you may need to contact us. Before doing so, please check your spam email folder, and confirm that the order did not contain any pre-order products.
There may be two reasons why you did not receive a tracking number:
1. If your order contains only trading card singles, and you did not pay for expedited shipping, your order will be shipped via bubble mailer with no tracking. In this case you should still receive a shipping notification email indicating that your package has shipped. You will not receive a tracking number for such orders.
2. If you have not received a shipping notification email at all and it has been more than 72 hours since you placed the order, you may need to contact us. Before doing so, please check your spam folder, and confirm that the order did not contain any pre-order products.
When you click on your tracking number shortly after it is sent to you, it may indicate that there is no item associated with the number. This is perfectly normal and the information will update once the parcel has been picked up by Canada Post and scanned at one of their facilities. This usually takes no more than a day, however if Canada Post is experiencing delays, it is possible for it to remain in this status for longer. Please be patient and the tracking information will be updated as soon as possible.
We are very sorry that there was a problem with your order! Our staff will help resolve the issue by making sure you receive the products that you ordered or otherwise come to an arrangement that you are happy with.

Note regarding sealed TCG singles:
All conditions are listed in the product descriptions. If you received your order and believe it is not the condition as it was listed, please send us an email with a photo of the card and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
For TCG singles, we do not accept returns. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please send us an email and we will help you the best we can.
